Therapy is a collaborative process and Lesli works with patients to create a plan that fits their values and goals. Lesli creates a supportive environment for clients, incorporating who you are as an individual with the environment in which you live, work, and interact with on a daily basis. She is trained in several therapy modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), interpersonal therapy (IPT), and grief and loss; each plan of care is tailored to what works best for each client.
I work with men and women of all ages and backgrounds, particularly those who are making personal or professional transitions, including career changes, starting or ending relationships, exploring family conflict, and searching for a sense of purpose and meaning.
